The different plastics available :

Universal Thermoplastics with good chemical resistance and can be used up to 80°C, for example:

• Polyethylene (PE 80 / 100 / EL / 500 / 1000)
• Polypropylene (PP-H / PP-C / PPs)
• Polyvinylchloride (PVC-U)

TIVAR® oder Quicksilver® Lining materials for protection against wear and to facilitate sliding of products

Fluoroplastics with excellent chemical resistance, high purity and can be uses up to 260°C, for example:

• Polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF / PVDF-ESD)
• Ethylene-Chlortrifluorethylene (E-CTFE)
• Tetrafluorethylene-Perfluoralkylvinylether (PFA)
• Tetrafluorethylene-Hexafluoerpropylene (FEP)
• Polytertafluorethylene– Teflon (PTFE / PTFE mit Kohle / PTFE mit Glas)

Thermoplastics for Special applications:

• Polymethylmethacrylate– Plexiglas/Acrylglas (PMMA)
• Polyethylenterephtalate Glycol (PETG)
• Polycarbonate (PC)
• Polyetheretherketon (PEEK)
• Polyamide (PA)
• Polyoximethyl (POM)

Duroplast - Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)

High mechanical resistance as well as corrosion to acids and temperatures up to 200°C

Epoxy resin
