In 2002,Sena Plastics AG took over the production and sale ofDitzler™ valves from Ditzler Kunststoffapparatebau AG. The Ditzler™ valves are characterised by an extremely high level of reliability and a very long servicelife. Ditzler™ valves have been in constant use through the world for more than 25 years.

Typ 4050/2

Double butterfly valve / damper with blocking air system

Double butterfly valve / damper overlaid with blocking air, fully seal-tight, for shut-off tasks in exhaust air or process gas lines. Airtightness 100%. Maximum operating temperature 900° C.

Typ 4100

Shut-off and control valve with inflatable seal

Valve with inflatable seal for all shut-off and control tasks inexhaust air and process gas systems. Completely seal-tight and smooth opening and closing process with pressure / vacuum system. Airtightness 100%. Maximum operating temperature 180° C.

TÜV tested, gas-tight in line with DIN 3230 Part 3, BO, leakrate 1.

Typ 4000

Butterfly valve / damper with lip seal

Valve for shut-off and control tasks in exhaust air or process gas lines where very good airtightness is required. Airtightness 99.9%. Maximum operating temperature 180° C.

DICO 41

The type 4100 butterfly and control valve is used with the DICO41 system as a fire compartment valve. Thanks to the DICO 41 flame-retardant laminate, a high level of flame resistance from outside is achieved. Extensive tests have shown that the DICO 41 system can be used to prevent fires spreading in plastic piping systems due to the use of fire protection sections.

Ventilation valves

For use in supply and exhaust air openings of ventilationsystems. Multi-leaf dampers are used to control, restrict and shut-off airflows or as post-flow units.
